What We Do

The purchase and re-development of the Saskatoon Transit Buildings known as the Caswell Bus Barns, in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, during 2022-2025.



 

Our Proposal

CBB Ltd. proposes to acquire the former Saskatoon Transit Buildings at 321 Avenue C North in Saskatoon. CBB Ltd. proposes an adaptive re-use of the existing buildings and new construction of multi-family residential on the North portion of the land. CBB Ltd. will seek a hybrid commercial and residential mixed use rezoning of the site before proceeding to construct buildings comprising of 10 commercial condos and 36 apartments.

What We Want to Achieve:

  • Preservation of existing heritage buildings is an efficient use of infrastructure.

  • Bicycle and pedestrian friendly streets increase visits to the site

  • Enhanced sense of community becomes a devoted audience

  • Enhanced development is increased revenue for the city and its businesses
