  • OVERVIEW

    CBB Ltd is acquiring the former Saskatoon Transit Building at 321 Avenue C North from the City of Saskatoon. We aim to curate a community of creative agencies that will give rise to Saskatoon’s premiere Creative Hub. The Caswell Bus Barns will support a sustainable and stable arts community in a vibrant mixed-use heritage property within the established neighbourhood of Caswell Hill, Saskatoon.

    We propose an adaptive re-use of the existing heritage buildings comprising of approximately 11 commercial strata/condo spaces. Build equity with your own asset and ensure that your creative business thrives as an owner/occupier.

  • BUILDING FEATURES

    We aim to celebrate the heritage of the existing buildings while adding a friendly face to its facade.

    The facade will be refreshed with new storefront glazing and overhead doors.

    A metal truss atrium will be built between the buildings to create a south-facing all-season courtyard with plants and seating.

    The building envelope (including walls and roof) will be upgraded with new insulation and membranes.

    Suite separations (45min FRR) will be built between units. RTUs will be supplied to the units.

    They are situated between the Caswell Hill neighbourhood, Riversdale, and Downtown Saskatoon.
