The front gallery is available to rent with priority to studio artists. It is also open to the public to rent. Regular workshops and presentations will take place with local and visiting artists, arts orgs and related professions.

Professional gallery lighting, large 14’ overhead door, front yard common space and free street parking on Avenue D North.

Gallery rental is $40/hr or multi-day rates of $200/day.

The building

The Artist Studios are situated in the north-west corner of The Caswell Bus Barns, a creative hub near downtown Saskatoon.

The Caswell Bus Barns is strategically positioned as a burgeoning arts and culture hub adjacent to downtown Saskatoon, housed in a thoughtfully re-purposed building. This location will support a diverse array of creative and community-focused enterprises, including a performance theatre, community centre, daycare, restaurant, architecture office, and various studios for printmaking, ceramics, graphic design, and music production. The common areas of the building include a shared 3-season atrium as a feature gathering space. An estimated 400 people per day will be using this facility!
